With a commitment to developing internal talent and a reputation as an employer of choice, this retail giant is poised for continued growth.  The organisation is currently seeking a CRM Manager to implement end-to-end strategies and campaigns aimed at boosting customer retention and reactivation. The role emphasises the use of a test and learn framework to optimize customer communications, enhance conversion rates, increase engagement, and improve overall customer experience.

High level remit

  • Assist in developing and implementing the broader ANZ CRM annual plan.
  • Manage CRM campaigns end to end.
  • Actively participate in mapping customer journeys to identify opportunities for data segmentation, channel mix, messaging, content, and landing page requirements.
  • Liaise with web and marketing teams to enhance the customer experience of CRM activities.
  • Work with CRM analytics to develop insights into customer segments, post-campaign reporting, and ROI on CRM campaigns.
  • Communicate CRM activity success measures in PCRs and articulate insights derived from campaign results for optimization.
  • Collaborate with Adobe Campaign developers to ensure understanding of CRM campaign briefs and learn about workflow processes impacting campaign outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for new photography or content needs to support CRM activities and liaise with marketing teams for clear directions with agreed timelines.
  • Identify test and learn opportunities within a framework to drive optimization.
About you
  • Experience using Adobe campaign is desired
  • Experience using large data sets, large volume direct mail campaigns and various CRM platforms
  • A high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to build strategic working relationships with a diverse range of people
