Our client, Bared Footwear, is one of Australia's retail success stories and is about to undergo a significant growth phase. This 15-year-old business has grown incrementally year on year with both an instore and ecommerce presence in Australia and an international ecommerce offering. While financially established and flourishing, they have gained success thus far as a highly agile and entrepreneurially-minded business.

We are now seeking a new Digital Marketing & CRM Manager to shape up the strategy, structure, leverage and grow the Digital Marketing & CRM function, while managing Performance Marketing activities.

About the Role

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for owning and managing Bared Footwear’s CRM channels globally. They will identify opportunities and build the CRM strategy, encourage database growth with a focus on stronger engagement and highly personalised communication experiences, oversee the Performance Marketing Manager, whilst also planning and executing the Digital Marketing strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the development and implementation of a comprehensive omni-channel CRM program encompassing customer lifecycle management, retention strategies, and acquisition initiatives
  • Devise and execute highly effective automations and customer journey mapping to enhance user experiences across various touchpoints
  • Strategise initiatives aimed at elevating brand engagement metrics and augmenting customer lifetime value, fostering stronger brand-customer relationships
  • Manage and coordinate audience targeting and segmentation strategies to ensure precise and effective digital marketing campaigns
  • Conduct in-depth campaign reports, analysing performance metrics to derive actionable insights from customer behavior in both online and in-store environments
  • Leverage data and customer insights to personalise communication strategies, ensuring highly tailored and engaging brand interactions
  • Mentor and coach the Performance Marketing Manager, ensuring alignment with digital marketing strategies and initiatives
Skills & Expertise
  • Demonstrated experience in creation of CRM strategies and campaign management
  • An acute understanding of digital marketing and various digital channels to drive business growth
  • Strong commercial acumen, sense of ownership and understanding the technical capability of the CRM
  • Proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment with autonomy
  • Ability to review and report on key data metric
  • Lifestyle, consumer, and retail background (desirable)
  • Willingness to roll sleeves up and get the job done
