About The Role

As a key member of the management team, the Group Marketing & Communications Manager will promote brand awareness through comprehensive marketing strategies, drive customer acquisition and loyalty, as well as launch and promote new venues. This role will lead a team of 5, establishing marketing strategies aligned to key business objectives and oversee execution of end-to-end marketing activities, collaborating with key stakeholders and external agencies. Analysis and evaluation play a key part in the role, continuously monitoring ROI and working with the insights team to capitalise on customer insights to create targeted campaigns. The Group Marketing & Communications Manager will have full accountability of budget and present business cases to key management stakeholders.

About You

To be considered, you will be a highly experienced Marketing & Communications Manager who has managed a team and is creative, strategic and analytical. You must have a strong understanding of the customer and be able to utilise insights to create relevant messaging. Experience in marketing for hospitality venues will be highly regarded but otherwise you must demonstrate a clear interest in the industry. You must be able to work across and manage branding, digital marketing, social media and CRM, and have a strong track record in developing and executing campaigns.
