Our Client is a leading global manufacturer in the heavy vehicle industry, supplying a range of products to a wide range of companies. They are looking to bring on a Customer Service Manager with a track record of driving best practice and improving the culture around safety.
Responsibilities for the role
Working as the Customer Service Manager, your role will involve managing a small team and providing excellent leadership to the entire service department in NSW. You will have to help to drive a culture change regarding safety, trying to get everyone pulling in the same direction and putting more policies/procedures in place to improve performance. You will be required to visit customers, build relationships and look for new business development opportunities where appropriate.
About you
To be considered for this role, I’m looking to speak with candidates from a capital equipment/automotive/heavy equipment industry who has a track record of pulling together teams and delivering exceptional customer service. You will have had P&L responsibility and have worked with ERP systems in the past.
