Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee all financial aspects of their operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry and be capable of handling the financial intricacies associated with a growing business. This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive approach to financial management and a keen understanding of the construction sector.
 
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and tendering.
Some oversight of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Provide financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
Collaborate with project managers to track project financials and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and financial standards.
Streamline financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
 
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Finance Manager, preferably within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
