The role:
- Accounts Payable responsibilities encompass: accurately processing supplier invoices, ensuring adherence to payment terms, reconciling supplier accounts, and executing all AP monthly closing tasks within the month-end schedule.
- Accounts Receivable duties involve: managing the AR collection process to secure timely client payments, promptly issuing invoices, recording debtor payments, and fulfilling all AR monthly closing obligations as per the month-end schedule.
- Additionally, the role entails investigating, processing, and recording entries from the bank statement into the general ledger, as well as conducting daily bank reconciliations.
To be successful you will have minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role and full working rights in Australia.
