Six Degrees Executive is collaborating with a renowned fashion retailer, where the direct-to-consumer channel drives an astounding 90% of the company revenue.  As the business continues to thrive, they are seeking a CRM Manager to join the team.  This role is instrumental in managing and enhancing the customer relationships, driving engagement and maximising customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with company objectives
  • Oversee the management and enhancement of 1st party data to drive personalised customer experiences
  • Utilise data analytic to segment audiences effectively and tailor communication strategies
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and retention
  • Develop compelling content and creative assets for email campaign
  • Utilise customer data and insights to inform product development, marketing strategies, and business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer insights into various business functions

The candidate:
  • Proven experience in CRM management, preferably in the retail or eCommerce industry
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience with CRM platforms and email marketing automation tools
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on driving results and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Passion for the fashion industry and understanding of consumer behaviour trends
