As a result of their continued success, my client, a national, well-respected, specialist fit out and refurbishment builder with an excellent, long-standing reputation in the market, is currently looking to add a proven and experienced Site Manager to their already high performing team in Brisbane.  
Established 20+ years ago, this builder is renowned for producing high quality outcomes with an ever-growing list of repeat clients specialising across the retail, hospitality, education, commercial and industrial industries.
Real career progression exists as the company anticipates further growth and will look to their site delivery lead as someone who can further themself within the business.  
 
Your Position  
 
Reporting directly into the Project Manager you will be proactively managing a mixture of fit out and refurbishment projects between $1m - $10m across retail, hospitality, and other live site environment project types. It will be advantageous for the successful candidate to have experience managing a variety of commercial and retail projects, specifically working in live site environments, on projects with heavy focus on safety and compliance.
 
Your Experience and Qualifications  
 
  • Trade qualified
  • QBCC Site Supervisors License
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager
  • Experience with known commercial builders in Australia
  • Capable of creating and working to a 2-4 week look ahead program.
  • Capable of delivering $5M+ projects
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain trusted relationships with trade base.
  • D&C experience
  • A team player
  • Confidence in your abilities to communicate with Senior Management and sub-contractors alike.
