The Role: FP&A Manager
We are seeking a strategic and tactical expert to lead financial planning and analysis efforts. This role is crucial in providing the business with commercial oversight and a robust planning framework that not only offers a clear understanding of the current landscape but also projects a clear vision into the future.
As the FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a rigorous and consistent budgeting and forecasting process— a cornerstone of the S&OP process. Your key areas of focus will include:

The Role: FP&A Manager
We are seeking a strategic and tactical expert to lead financial planning and analysis efforts. - Annual Budgeting: Leading the preparation and ensuring ongoing forecast integrity.
- Monthly Forecasting: Driving accurate and timely updates to keep the business on track.
- Weekly Cashflow Projections: Ensuring liquidity and financial health through precise cash management.
- 3-Year Strategic Planning: Charting a course for long-term growth and success.
You will also play a pivotal role in supporting the business with commercial feasibility studies and scenario testing, bringing strategic projects to life by ensuring their financial viability.

Key Responsibilities:
Budgeting, Forecasting & Planning (50%)
- Lead the annual budget preparation process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with department heads to maintain forecast integrity, providing transparency on variances.
- Conduct monthly reviews with managers to ensure expenditures align with budget expectations.
- Develop and maintain Daily Sales Targets, aligned with seasonal trends, marketing plans, and business objectives.
- Perform in-depth analysis and testing of commercial scenarios to guide strategic investment decisions.
- Provide ad hoc financial support and data-driven insights to the Executive Leadership Team, aiding critical decision-making.
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of the monthly Management Pack and all financial reporting for entities across the group.
- Analyze cash flow statements to forecast and manage cash inflows and outflows, ensuring operational and strategic liquidity.
- Review monthly financial results, providing comprehensive commentary on variances and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Offer leadership and support across the business to ensure the success of financial planning processes.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including AU & US accounting firms, banks, and other service providers.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing finance team culture, promoting continuous learning and development.
- Delegate tasks effectively, manage workloads, and prioritize assignments to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
