365 Workplace Technology Lead

Our client is a global consumer business with a strong presence in the ANZ market. As part of their growth strategy, they are embarking on a digital and technical transformation program, and this has created an exciting new role for a Workplace Technology Lead to join them. You will have strong workplace experience, mainly across: Microsoft 365, Power Platform Experience and at least 12 months experience with some good project experience.

The role: We are looking for someone that can lead small automation projects but still deliver it themselves. Asking questions to the wider business teams such as 'How do you leverage the Microsoft 365 platform?'. How can we better use teams and automate around that? Can we better use sharepoint and automate it? Provide training on what is possible with these technologies.


We are looking for an Innovation and Automation lead:
      • Lead the IT innovation centre in researching, developing, and implementing cutting-edge technologies and solutions.
      • Drive initiatives to enhance automation, streamline processes, and improve overall efficiency.
      • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the IT team.
      • Identify opportunities for automation to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
      • Develop and implement automation solutions for routine tasks and processes.
      • Work closely with development teams to integrate automation into software.
      • Develop and deliver training programs for end users on the Microsoft platform, including Office 365, Windows, and other relevant technologies.
      • Create training materials, documentation, and resources to support end-user learning and adoption.
 
Skillset:
  • Microsoft 365 solutions and applications such as: Teams, Office, Outlook, Flow, PowerApps, OneDrive, Bookings, Power BI, and SharePoint. Workplace training would also be beneficial.
