We're excited to partner with a prominent family-owned Australian company in search of a Product Specialist to join their marketing team. With a global presence across Australia, North America, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, and the Pacific Islands, they lead the industry in providing top-quality products.

About the Role
As a Product Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of driving product development, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Job responsibilites:
  • Collaborate with R&D team for high-quality product delivery.
  • Developing and maintaining databases, data systems, and tools to streamline data collection and analysis.
  • Create and communicate product roadmap aligning with objectives.
  • Conducting thorough research on existing and emerging products within the paint and coatings industry.
  • Support marketing initiatives and go-to-market strategies.
  • Assist in successful product launches and address technical concerns.
  • Utilise data insights to drive growth and profitability.
  • Manage stock and recommend strategies for sales.
  • Adhoc

Requirements:
  • 2-3 years experience in product management or marketing, preferably within the industrial products sector.
  • Demontstrated ability to tranfer technical knowledge.
  • Creative and posses a "can-do" attitude.
  • Experience in Labelling and graphic design is an advantage.
  • Ability to transfer technical knowledge effectively.
  • Track record in successful marketing strategies and executions.
  • Collaborative mindset and industry awareness.
  • Has good PC skills in general office programmes, e.g. Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Pronto
