Our client is seeking a skilled Digital Business Analyst to join their team on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will be crucial in driving digital transformation efforts, focusing on retail, search, merchandising, and marketing domains. This role requires a blend of technical acumen, retail expertise, and exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders and deliver tangible outcomes.
 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into digital solutions.
  • Analyse retail, e-commerce, and marketing processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Utilize an agile mindset to adapt to changing priorities and influence the pace of digital initiatives.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and facilitate the implementation of digital strategies.
  • Leverage technical tools and platforms like Fred Hopper to drive insights and
  • Focus on e-commerce initiatives while understanding the broader retail landscape and customer journey.
  • Articulate achieved outcomes and success metrics to demonstrate the impact of digital initiatives.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, winning hearts and minds to drive adoption and support for digital initiatives.
Essential Skills and Qualifications: 
  • Proven experience in retail, e-commerce, search, and merchandising
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and a background in driving digital transformations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Exposure to merchandising/supply chain digital tools and platforms, preferably Fred Hopper
  • Agile + Waterfall experience and mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Prior retail experience is highly preferred; some consulting experience is considered a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related
