About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will manage a robust portfolio that spans OEM, distribution, service, and aftermarket channels. Your primary goal is to expand and sustain the Mobile Power Solutions sector within your portfolio. You will achieve this by identifying sales opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and developing new ones. This role involves providing on-site and virtual customer support, handling general inquiries, processing orders, and following up on orders.

About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will manage a robust portfolio that spans OEM, distribution, service, and aftermarket channels. This role involves providing on-site and virtual customer support, handling general inquiries, processing orders, and following up on orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to manage and grow the existing customer base, and plan for new customer acquisition.
- Provide face-to-face and virtual support and education for customers, including setup, fault finding, diagnosis, and appropriate referrals.
- Respond to all inquiries (phone, internal messaging, email, online) to assist with product setup and troubleshooting.
- Build a robust pipeline of sales opportunities by visiting existing customers, troubleshooting on-site, and identifying opportunities to enhance their use of product-related solutions.
- Accurately record all new opportunities through the CRM system.
