Are you ready to take the reins and lead the charge in driving acquisition and media campaigns for a rapidly growing startup in Australia? We're seeking a dynamic Performance Marketing Manager to spearhead the organisations marketing efforts and shape their strategy for success.

Role Overview:

As the Performance Manager, you'll be at the helm of their acquisition and media campaigns, overseeing paid media initiatives on platforms such as Meta and Google, with potential expansion to other channels. Your role will be pivotal in shaping their marketing strategy for Australia, as well as leading a team focused on site optimisation, digital merchandising, and CRM.


While the UK team has laid the groundwork for acquisition and retention efforts, your expertise will be crucial in navigating the unique challenges of scaling up in the Australian market. We are looking for someone who thrives in a commercial, entrepreneurial environment and possesses strong business acumen.
 
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead performance marketing initiatives, driving growth and engagement
  • Explore and optimise new channels to expand their reach
  • Take a lead in launching campaigns and new products
  • Identify and pursue partnership opportunities
  • Stay ahead of the curve by understanding and leveraging emerging channels
  • Conduct A/B testing to evaluate campaign effectiveness and refine strategies
  • Provide comprehensive reporting and analysis to inform decision making
 
Outcomes and success:
  • Manage day to day operations of Australian channels and optimise performance
  • Establish effective ways of working for a newly created team
  • Empower local decision-making and foster a culture of innovation
  • Drive confidence in leading revenue and growth initiatives in Australia
 
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience preferably in DTC or eCommerce.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels
  • Positive attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic setting
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and collaborate closely with Leadership globally
