The primary objective of this role is to drive marine sales through various channels, including distributors, OEMs, and direct aftermarket sales. Growth will be achieved by supporting existing distribution relationships, enhancing the current dealer network, and expanding with new dealers, leveraging both current and future product portfolios.

Skills & Experience
- Extensive knowledge of marine products
- Strong understanding of sales planning and forecasting
- Competence in managing OEM customer relationships
- Willingness to travel as required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Manage and nurture customer relationships
- Communicate customer needs and identify product opportunities
- Analyze competitor activity and products
- Develop and execute sales growth strategies
- Implement and manage training plans with support from Product Managers
- Frequent national travel, with potential international
