The Company:
I’m currently working with a market leading, premium manufacturer of kitchen and home appliances, who are looking to bring on a Customer Service & Logistics Assistant to their team.

The role:
Working as a Customer Service & Logistics Assistant, your role will involve responding to customer enquiries via multiple channels, problem solving to meet the needs of customers and staff, maintaining relationships both internally and externally and assisting in the monitoring of orders coming through EDI.

Success Criteria:
We are looking for a proactive, communicative and thorough individual who has previous experience in either customer service or order management. You will be comfortable working as part of a small and customer centric capable team with the goal of helping the brand continue to grow it’s presence across ANZ.
