About Role
Work with Head of Performance on paid media campaigns across various platforms. Develop strategies, execute plans, analyse data, and support teams in delivering for clients.

Key responsibilities 
  • Design and execute paid media strategies aligned with client objectives and growth targets.
  • Manage comprehensive paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Amazon.
  • Monitor and optimise campaign performance using data analysis and A/B testing to maximise ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate paid media strategies with overall digital marketing efforts.
  • Support client on boarding and maintain robust communication channels to exceed client expectations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends 
  • Prepare and present detailed campaign performance reports to stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate
  • At least 1 year of experience in paid media within a digital marketing agency or in-house client-side team.
  • Proficiency in managing large-scale paid advertising budgets and campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Expertise in SEM, PPC, display advertising, and social media marketing.
  • Proficient in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and relevant digital marketing software.
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while handling multiple clients and projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Certifications are advantageous.
