About the Role
As the Marketing Manager, you will be driving all marketing efforts, shaping the future of the company’s brand and customer engagement. Your responsibilities will include developing a comprehensive marketing strategy, leading dynamic marketing campaigns, and launch a marketing automation transformation to enhance customer interactions and boost conversions. You will manage a team of six and an annual marketing budget of $2M, representing the marketing department both internally and at major industry events.

You are a dynamic leader in marketing, ideally with experience in the heavy equipment or automotive industries. You are able to confidently present in front of key stakeholders and at significant events. - Marketing Automation: Lead the adoption of cutting-edge automation tools like Salesforce or HubSpot to refine lead qualification and supercharge customer interactions
- Strategic Vision: Craft and execute detailed annual marketing plans that translate broad evaluations into actionable strategies
- Leadership Excellence: Direct and inspire a diverse team, including Customer Intelligence Analysts, Marketing Communication Managers, and a Brand Coordinator
- Event Management: Manage the strategy and execution of events, both within the company and on the regional / global stage at industry events
- Budget Management: Command a $2M marketing budget, optimising spend across a mix of traditional and digital channels
- Stakeholder Management: Develop crucial internal and external partnerships
