About The Role

The Sales Team Leader/Manager role is a perfect opportunity, for a dynamic, people focused, enthusiastic individual who has a passion for mentorship and development of people. You will also have a level of involvement across several company functions from sales, training, and support. In many ways, you will be the face for the Business Development and the Account Management team. This role has a fantastic pathway for future growth and opportunities.

Weather you have a proven track record in Sales, Training, Management or you are looking at taking the next step in your career, this role has the scope to suit nearly everyone.

Skills & Experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation and people skills.
  • Understanding and confidence to talk with senior architects and designers.
  • Confidence in leading and developing a team.
  • A natural interest and flair for design and architecture.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership, coaching and performance of the Business Development and the Account Management team.
  • Responsible for the daily showroom operations.
  • Manage a selected portfolio of clients to grow.
  • Lead from the front with best practice and in role performance, imparting your knowledge of product, industry, and technology to improve your teams’ and ultimately the business’ performance
