We have a rare opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team, working closely with our Brand Teams, reporting into the CFO, based at our head office.

Your key focus and responsibility for this role will be for all aspects of the Financial Planning, Forecasting and Analysis on our (single brand and logistics). You will manage the monthly forecasting cycle, work cross functionally on NPD feasibility, and develop the annual budget. Role will also support the key contract negotiation in the logistic area and will collaborate with plant manager to unlock growth opportunities.

Key focus areas for this role:

•Responsible for managing forecasting within the monthly Integrated Business Management cycle, annual budgeting and reporting for the brand and logistic.
•Responsible for the generation and distribution of all finance reporting and analysis for the Market Acceleration team for brand and Logistics team.
•Business partnering with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain teams in building robust financials models and facilitating data driven insights.
•Collaborate with the Sales Revenue Management Team to unlock Strategic Revenue Management Opportunities.
•Responsible for the generation and distribution of all brand reporting and analysis for the brand and logistic.
•Providing ad hoc financial information and reporting that add value to the business.

Experience & Qualifications:

•4-6 years’ relevant commercial experience with a proven track record of driving strong business results.
•Experience working and interacting with stakeholders across the business to drive, challenge and influence business results.
•FMCG experience / Industry knowledge
•Advanced skills in Microsoft office (Power point and Excel), SAP or similar ERP system.
•Proven influencing skills & agility to contribute to and execute plans within a matrix organisation.
•Strong commercial, problem solving and analytical skills.
