About the Role:
The Loyalty Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the loyalty component of their Customer Experience Strategy. This role will lead the development of loyalty initiatives, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives and brand purpose. The successful candidate will be the product owner of their marketing automation and CRM platform (Braze), and will oversee agency relationships, member acquisition, rewards, promotions, and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of the loyalty strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand purpose.
- Manage the marketing automation and CRM platform (Braze) and oversee agency relationships.
- Develop and execute member acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives, ensuring profitability and objective fulfillment.
- Oversee the omnichannel communication calendar, including planning, forecasting, execution, and reporting.
- Utilise data analysis to identify opportunities, share insights across the business, and refine member communication design for consistent visual language across platforms.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience across CRM or Loyalty
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute loyalty strategies that drive member acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across various departments.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
