Our client is a leading not for profit in the Circular economy space. They are a leading industry initiative who are dedicated to diverting unwanted products and packaging from landfills and vital waterways. Supported by key players in the sector, this organisation represents the majority of their product market in Australia.
 
About the Role 
Reporting to the Marketing Communications and working closely with the wider team, as the Customer Communications Coordinator will be a key member in driving efficiencies and effective relationship management of external stakeholders through various projects, as well as contribute to the organisation’s marketing and communications strategy through both traditional and digital channels. Your responsibilities will include:  
  • Respond to enquiries and manage external stakeholder relationships.
  • Assist in preparing written communications materials, including copywriting across various channels.
  • Lead social media community management, responding to customer enquiries and comments.
  • Generate content ideas through research and statistics to engage target audiences.
  • Coordinate and analyse marketing campaign performance.
  • Ensure all owned channels, including digital assets and website are up to date.
  • Assist in the production and project manage the development of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate ITC requirements for the team and external providers.
  • Oversee data quality and accuracy in company databases including CRM and Site Register.
  • Support ad-hoc administration, routine office operation and additional duties as required.
 
ABOUT YOU
  • You hold marketing and communications experience with exposure to stakeholder engagement in a complex environment.
  • Experience in customer facing roles, dealing with queries, complaints and solving problems for customers.
  • Demonstrate an understanding and have experience in digital marketing including social media platforms.
  • Demonstrate an understanding and have experience in CRM databases, ERP systems and expense approval processes.
  • Stakeholder engagement experience in retail (big box hardware or specialist), local government, waste management services or similar fields will be highly advantageous.
