About the Role:

This role will be the first eCommerce Manager to lead their new eCommerce initiative. This role is pivotal in launching, evolving, and scaling the eCommerce service. You'll play a critical role in building a successful eCommerce business while supporting the  loyalty and retention goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales: Boost eCommerce/DTC sales to achieve top-line and profit goals, increasing ARPU of our loyal subscriber base.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a go-to-market plan across multiple product categories.
  • Digital Marketing: Plan and launch impactful digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • User Experience: Enhance the site functionality to optimise the customer journey and ensure seamless shopping experiences.
  • Product & Inventory Management: Oversee product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory to maximise commercial impact and user experience.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Manage analytics reporting for effective DTC analysis and optimisation against KPIs, providing regular sales performance reports to the executive team.
Ideal Candidate:
  • A test & learn/experimentation native who uses sensible methodologies to improve performance uplift in initiatives.
  • Exceptional eye for detail and a strong respect for the importance of quality control.
  • Consumer-anchored and commercially minded, consistently imagining and executing opportunities that appeal to customers while meeting business objectives.
  • Able to clearly and efficiently communicate ideas, results, issues, and recommendations.
  • Always one step ahead, thinking about how emerging opportunities can support growth ambitions.
  • Brave enough to try new ideas and prioritise workload in line with growth needs.
  • Builds strong connections with peers and channel leaders to plan and execute programs effectively.
