About the Role

As the Clinic Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of the clinic’s daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires you to lead and manage a team, oversee financial and operational performance, and collaborate with the Business Owner on strategic initiatives. Your focus will be on optimizing patient flow, maintaining high standards of care, and driving the growth and success of the clinic. This position offers a unique opportunity to blend leadership with meaningful work that directly impacts the lives of children and their families. This role is availble for full time or part time hours. 
 
Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, develop and implement policies, and ensure a positive and collaborative work environment. Your responsibilities include supervising staff, overseeing financial management, driving revenue growth, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. Additionally, you will be involved in strategic planning, quality assurance, and ensuring patient satisfaction. You’ll also manage relationships with external vendors, lead staff meetings, and implement technology solutions to enhance efficiency.
