THE ROLE:
Six Degrees are excited to identify a dynamic Logistics Coordinator to join their Australian team. This permanent, full-time position will play a crucial role in high-volume supply chain operations, ensuring our products reach retailers efficiently and reliably.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
  • Act as primary point of contact for key accounts, processing orders and analysing stock allocation against forecasts
  • Manage relationships with 3PL partners, overseeing workflow and customer service excellence
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, maintaining clear stakeholder communication
  • Manage customer returns and maintain strong internal/external relationships
 
ABOUT YOU:
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You'll bring:
  • Previous experience in a similar role across a high-volume SKU environment servicing major supermarket and retailers.
  • Strong analytical abilities for data reporting and efficiency improvements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a proactive, solution-driven approach
