THE ROLE:
Six Degrees are excited to identify a dynamic Customer Logistics Coordinator to join their Australian team. This permanent, full-time position will play a crucial role in managing key customer relationships and optimizing supply chain operations, ensuring our products reach clients efficiently and reliably.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
  • Customer Service and Client Management: Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and provide product information.
  • Account Management: Monitor key accounts, manage inventory and backorders, and analyse order placement and forecasting.
  • Production Planning: Create achievable factory schedules, optimize production capacity, and assess risks in the master production plan.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track factory performance against the supply plan, review schedules, and address query management issues.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage customer account information, communicate with the warehouse, adhere to compliance systems, and support team collaboration.

ABOUT YOU:
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytically minded, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

You'll bring:
  • Previous experience in a similar role across a high-volume manufacturing environment servicing major customers
  • Strong analytical abilities for data reporting, efficiency improvements, and risk assessment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships across departments
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a proactive, solution-driven approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
