As a Purchasing Officer, you will play a vital role in managing inventory levels, placing and tracking purchase orders, and ensuring proactive communication with stakeholders. This role requires a quick reaction to unplanned fluctuations in demand while maintaining a customer-focused approach for internal stakeholders.

- Identify and communicate inventory gaps to relevant stakeholders
- Handle unplanned fluctuations, providing effective solutions
- Communicate regularly with suppliers and conduct supplier reviews
- Maintain strong internal and external communication regarding supply chain changes, delays, and order updates
