THE ROLE:

This is a full-time permanent role based in the Melbourne CBD Head Office, reporting into the General Manager of the division.
The Customer Service Operations Lead will be responsible for:
  • Managing and developing a team of 2-3 Customer Service Representatives
  • Overseeing the complete customer order lifecycle across multiple national regions and accounts ensuring accurate order processing, pricing, and system maintenance
  • Driving continuous improvement in customer service delivery by maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting sales campaign implementation and execution through coordinating with field sales teams and manufacturing sites
ABOUT YOU:
You will be a customer-focused and results-driven professional with:
  • Proven experience in customer logistics, final mile or order management, preferably in a Manufacturing, Food, Beverage or FMCG related environment, servicing a diverse array of customers from major retailers to small independents
  • Demonstrated success in team leadership and performance management
  • Strong understanding of order management systems and processes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
