About the role:
Reporting through to the Resource Planning Leader you will manage and execute resource planning and scheduling for a designated area. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling all types of field activities, ensuring they are completed on time, with high quality, and with strong stakeholder engagement. Your primary goal will be to assign the right resources—based on the required competencies—to meet demand in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will collaborate closely with their Field Engineers, Field Service teams, and other departments to ensure service calls are handled in the most efficient and effective way possible.
Skills & Experience:
This is an exciting opportunity with an established Packaging business that is continuing to grow. It is initially a 8 month contract with the opportunity to extend beyond this or go permanent.

Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 7 years of experience in resource planning or prior customer service experience, preferably in the engineering services industry.
- Strong focus on productivity, with a proven track record in process implementation, organizational discipline, and adaptability.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, with leadership capabilities in key areas such as Change, Collaboration, and Performance.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
