$150k - $180k + Super + Fully Maintained Vehicle (flexible options) + Bonus (13-15%)

Our client, a leader in the construction materials industry, is seeking a Regional Logistics Manager to oversee the logistics operations within their Concrete Division. This is a pivotal role, driving safety, compliance, and operational excellence while managing a diverse fleet and ensuring seamless delivery operations.

About the Role:
Reporting to the General Manager - Concrete, you will lead a team responsible for the operational, commercial, and logistical aspects of the business. Your role will be to optimize fleet performance, strengthen contractor relationships, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • 4 Direct Reports - Driver Operations and Fleet Manager.
  • Oversee logistics operations, managing a mix of company-owned and subcontracted vehicles.
  • Enhance safety and compliance across operations, including fatigue management and NHVR regulations.
  • Drive ESG initiatives, including transitioning the fleet towards electric vehicles and other sustainable practices.
  • Implement improvements to operational processes, including the rollout of new IVMS technology.
  • Build strong relationships with subcontractors, ensuring contract compliance and service quality.
About You:
Our client seeks a dynamic leader with experience in managing complex logistics operations. Industry experience is highly regarded, but candidates from manufacturing or industries with agile logistical demands are also encouraged to apply.
