About the role 


Reporting to the CFO, the senior demand and supply planner is responsible for ensuring that inventory availability meets future customer demand. Whilst also participating and employing S&OP and liaise with key stakeholders internally and externally.

Duties
  • The generation of a rolling demand plan over a short-term horizon in a seasonal, highly promotional environment. 
  • Ensuring inventory availability for a large and diverse customer base while keeping inventory holdings in line with broader company policy.
  • Ensuring forecast accuracy across both supply and demand channels. 
  • Maintaining inventory integrity across the network through cross functional communication and thorough analysis.
  • Optimising stock turns while minimising existing slow moving and obsolete lines.
 
Skills & Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in a senior planning position (Supply and Demand) 
  • Demand and supply planning experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership skills with first class communication and stakeholder management capability.
  • Advanced Excel and ERP system skills
