Logistics Outbound Delivery Coordinator
Our Client: A leading home & kitchen appliances company in Australia is looking for a Logistics Outbound Delivery Coordinator to join the team for 6 months. The role will be based out of their site in Southwest Sydney.
Remit: The Logistics Outbound Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for the management of outbound logistics for ANZ to ensure orders are received in full, and on time, and any delays are identified and customers notified. As SAP has only recently been implemented, this role will play a key role in identifying system and process issues, carrying out root cause analysis, and working closely with other functions like customer service, logistics and sales to ensure fixes are implemented to avoid future issues and SAP is being used to its full potential.
Success Profile: We are looking for someone with experience in Outbound Logistics preferably from consumer businesses, and will have a solid grounding of data analytics, reporting and a good level of exposure to ERPs like SAP. They will be a problem solver, solutions focused and able to collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders and influence outcomes. It is important they have a customer-centric mindset and can effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
