About the Role

This role is instrumental in shaping the future of customer experience, with a clear path to expanded leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital & CRM strategy to enhance customer retention and engagement.
- Own and optimise MarTech platforms, including Braze (CRM), mParticle (CDP), and Google Analytics.
- Lead a team across Loyalty & Customer Experience, driving high-performance outcomes.
- Oversee SEO, SEM, and paid media strategies, collaborating with agencies and internal teams.
- Drive app and loyalty program engagement, ensuring continuous growth and optimisation.
- Leverage AI-driven personalisation and automation to enhance digital marketing effectiveness.
- Work cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and Digital Developers to align strategies with business goals.
- Monitor and report on CRM, loyalty, and digital performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
- Mentor and develop direct reports, fostering an innovative and data-driven culture.
- Manage agency relationships, with a long-term vision to bring performance marketing in-house.

You’ll bring:
Experience & Technical Skills
- Strong background in digital marketing, CRM, or loyalty marketing.
- Experience in hospitality, QSR, sports, or high-frequency customer engagement industries is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Braze, mParticle, Google Analytics, and performance marketing tools.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, paid media, and omnichannel customer engagement.
- Strong data analytics and segmentation skills to optimize marketing initiatives.
- Proven experience in mentoring and leading teams.
- Ability to translate data insights into strategic marketing decisions.
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- A forward-thinking, innovative mindset, with a focus on digital transformation.
- Lead high-impact digital transformation projects within a fast-paced, innovative organisation.
- Work with a collaborative, high-performance team dedicated to customer engagement excellence.
