There is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Demand Planner to join their team in Sydney.

The role reports to the Head of Supply Chain, and will manage a diverse customer portfolio and the end to end supply of product across Australia, New Zealand and Asia owning the demand forecasting and S&OP process. This a highly collaboratively role and works closely with the Sales, Marketing and Commercial Teams, Suppliers and Customers to ensure a seamless customer experience through optimised forecasting, and planning and inventory management. The key accountabilities are:
  • Demand Forecasting – Use historical sales data, market trends, and predictive analytics to forecast product demand accurately.
    Data Analysis – Analyse internal and external data to identify demand patterns and potential risks.
    Collaboration with Teams – Work closely with sales, marketing, commercial, and supply chain teams to align forecasts with business goals.
    Inventory Management – Ensure stock levels align with demand projections, preventing overstocking or stockouts
    Supply Chain Coordination – Communicate with suppliers and production teams to balance supply with demand.
    Performance Monitoring – Track forecast accuracy, identify deviations, and refine forecasting models accordingly.
    Process Improvement – Implement tools and strategies to enhance demand planning efficiency and accuracy.

We are looking for an experienced Demand Planner preferably from FMCG but will consider other industry experience, who are commercially focused with strong analytical and problem solving skills and thrives in a fast paced, high-growth environment. You will be able to bring to life your experience in improving demand forecasting and building planning capability and implementing inventory management practices, and creating reporting to be able to use data and analysis to drive better decision making and business outcomes. You'll consider yourself to be a team player who enjoys being in a hands-on and diverse role, and have a genuine passion for making a positive impact and adding value.
