Our client, a leader in their industry, is looking for a Demand Planner to join their team. This healthcare equipment company leverages technology and cross-functional collaboration to deliver essential products to its customers efficiently and reliably.
The Demand Planner will play a key role in optimising inventory management and ensuring product availability by utilising Slim4, a demand forecasting and replenishment tool. This position requires close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance teams to develop accurate forecasts, drive inventory efficiency, and align planning strategies with business objectives.
We are looking for a demand planning professional with 2+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or inventory management. You will have hands-on experience with Slim4 or similar forecasting tools (e.g., SAP, Logility, Oracle, DSX) and possess a strong understanding of demand planning principles. Proficiency in Excel, analytical thinking, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.

- The role will play a part of evolving the current S&OP process and implementing new ways of working to improve forecasting, optimise inventory and provide better analysis and insights to support business decision making.
- Develop and implement inventory planning strategies to maintain optimal stock levels across all regional distribution centres, minimising excess and obsolete inventory.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure planning strategies support business growth and customer demand.
- Participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings to provide insights, highlight risks/opportunities, and support strategic alignment.
- Analyse historical demand patterns and adjust forecasting models to reflect shifts in market demand and business goals.
