We’re seeking a skilled MS Dynamics CRM Lead to join a professional services firm based in Melbourne.

This role sits at the heart of the marketing and client engagement function, leading the optimisation of the firm’s CRM capability and ensuring the delivery of exceptional, data-driven campaigns.This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a CRM function early on in your career within a forward-thinking environment. The role
As the MS Dynamics CRM Lead, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance of the platform and shaping how it’s used across the business. You’ll design and execute end-to-end CRM campaigns and journeys, implement automation, and support teams to use Dynamics effectively for client engagement and prospecting. With direct exposure to senior stakeholders, you’ll be a key driver of CRM strategy, governance, and innovation.

Key responsibilities:
  • Own the CRM platform, ensuring best practice, data integrity, and compliance with privacy legislation across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Jakarta.
  • Build and lead CRM campaigns, lifecycle journeys, and marketing automations that deliver measurable results.
  • Manage platform updates and integrations with Dynamics 365, identifying opportunities for optimisation and automation.
  • Report on campaign and CRM performance, presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Act as the go-to CRM expert for the business, supporting adoption and upskilling colleagues.
About you
  • You’ll bring at least three years of CRM experience, with strong hands-on capability in Dynamics 365.
  • You’re confident in building, managing, and reporting on CRM campaigns, with a solid understanding of compliance, governance, and data best practice.
  • Experience in financial or professional services is highly regarded.
  • Strong analytical ability, clear communication skills, and the confidence to influence stakeholders are essential.
  • Ability to work 4 days in office, CBD.
