Hands-on CRM, campaign execution, and helping others use it well

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on with CRM and email marketing and wants to deepen their technical skills in a professional, supportive environment. You’ll be part of the core marketing and client engagement team, helping bring campaigns to life and making sure the CRM is being used effectively day to day.

Rather than sitting in strategy, this role is all about doing — building campaigns, improving system use across the firm, and helping Executive Assistants feel confident using Dynamics 365 for client communication.

What you’ll be doing
  • Supporting the day-to-day running of Dynamics 365, making sure data is accurate and campaigns go out smoothly.
  • Building and scheduling email campaigns, client journeys and automations.
  • Helping Executive Assistants and teams use CRM correctly — sharing tips, answering questions and promoting best practice.
  • Keeping an eye out for quick improvements in process, automation and user experience.
  • Tracking campaign results and sharing simple, clear insights with stakeholders.

What you’ll need
  • Around 2–3 years working with CRM/email marketing tools (Dynamics 365 ideal but not essential).
  • Experience building and sending campaigns, and an understanding of data best practice and compliance.
  • Clear communicator who can explain things simply and help others adopt new ways of working.
  • Available to work four days a week in the Melbourne CBD office one day from home.
