Reliability & CI Lead – FMCG | Southeast Melbourne

A well-established FMCG manufacturer in Southeast Melbourne is seeking a skilled Reliability  & Continuous Improvement Lead to take ownership of their preventative maintenance program and drive cultural change across the site.
The successful candidate will develop and implement a robust PM strategy for all critical assets, using available data to improve planning and reliability. They will challenge current maintenance practices, champion a proactive culture, and work closely with production and trades teams to gain alignment and deliver results.
A key part of the role involves improving data capture within MEX and leading basic CI projects to enhance efficiency and performance across operations.

Requirements:
  • Experience leading a PM turnaround and shifting team culture.
  • Background in FMCG – ideally food, open to packaging.
  • Hands-on experience in CI/process improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with MEX or similar CMMS systems.
  • Minimum 3+ years in a relevant maintenance or CI leadership role.
