About the role:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Project Coordinator is responsible for managing production orders, scheduling, inventory flow, and customer communication to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of custom-made project components. You will work closely with production, sales, estimating, and external channel partners to coordinate all administrative and logistical elements from project approval to final delivery.
 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter and process production orders into SAP ERP system.
  • Plan and maintain production schedules aligned with customer timelines.
  • Review and check BOMs; allocate parts, pricing, and materials.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external channel partners to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain inventory flow between warehouse and partners, issuing picking slips as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the estimating and sales teams.
  • Respond to and resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
  • Book and coordinate transport; raise credits, claims, and returns as required.
  • Ensure accuracy of reporting on job status, backorders, and issues.
  • Manage final invoicing and communicate with customers upon completion.


About you:
  • 2+ years in scheduling or project coordination.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Electrical or Electronics Engineering background (preferred).
  • Proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Experience in a project-based or manufacturing environment.
  • Able to manage competing deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
  • Full Australian working rights.
