With a rich 60-year history, this Australian owned company has a presence across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and New Zealand. The company operates a fully integrated process from design to manufacturing, installation and servicing. Their clients are primarily from the commercial, education and government sectors. The business employs over 120 people nationally.
About the Role
As the Regional Project Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 4 in Sydney (Project Managers, Project Administrator). Reporting to National Operations (based in VIC), you will oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will be the key point of contact between internal and external stakeholders, coordinating between the sales and manufacturing teams internally, the subcontractors for installation of the product, and the client on site (builders). This role is based full-time Mon-Fri at the Alexandria offices.
Project values range from $10K up to $60K and each project manager looks after circa 30-50 projects at any given time. Your role will have a strong focus on planning, forecasting and ensuring that your team has the technical guidance they need to delivery on their projects. You will also be hands on with managing projects yourself. This is a highly visible hands on leadership role where you will ensure smooth project delivery operations.

Key Skills and Experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills, you will be leading a team of 4.
- A background in managing subcontractors, particularly in the building or construction industry.
- Expertise in stakeholder management, both with external clients and internal teams, ensuring expectations are aligned.
- Demonstrated experience in a Project Manager or Project Delivery role delivering multiple, concurrent projects within the building or construction industries, ideally with bespoke, engineered products.
- Willingess to get your hands dirty with your own projects.
- Experience in sectors such as joinery, doors, windows, louvres, facades, or in the shopfitting sector would be highly advantageous.
- Calm, resilient leadership style with a focus on problem-solving and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
