A strong heritage operation, with deep local and international grocery and retail relationships, the Global Account Manager can expect to partner with some of the world’s most iconic QSR brands, with a focus on the major players across APAC.
The Global Account Manager will own and grow strategic relationships, delivering long-term value across pricing, innovation, service, and strategic planning. In helping shape the growth agenda through leading joint business planning, this role can expect to engage with senior global stakeholders, and champion the commercialisation of site capabilities.
Reporting into the Vice President of Commercial, other major responsibilities of this role will include:
As the business has recently acquired a new Queensland-based processing facility, this is a rare opportunity to lead global customer relationships, while expanding into broader opportunities with other major customers across the sector. This is an exciting time for the business, whose local footprint and international capabilities are scaling.
While ideally based in Brisbane or surrounds, the business is open minded to this person operating remotely, in other capital cities around Australia. Regardless of where this role is based, the Global Account Manager can expect routine local and international travel.

Reporting into the Vice President of Commercial, other major responsibilities of this role will include:
- Leading all aspects of QSR accounts, including contract management, innovation, pricing, and planning
- Building and executing a 5-year QSR growth plan
- Identifying and unlocking opportunities across new local and international QSR accounts
- Deliver on revenue, volume and profit targets while maintaining exceptional customer experience
- Partner with and influence internal stakeholders across supply chain, NPD, finance, as well as the executive leadership team
