About the Opportunity
The Vendor Replenishment Planner is a critical role in the supply chain function and the main interface between Our Client and the retailer they supply. You’ll spend time on site with both businesses, working closely with your own organisations Demand & Supply Planners, your customers Buyers & Category teams and the Logistics functions from both sides to ensure optimal stock availability. You’ll analyse sales and promtional data, generate a robust replenishment plan into customer DC, and respond quickly when supply issues arise. The Vendor Replenishment Planner is a challenging and rewarding role where you can directly influence availability in store and foster strong relationships on both sides of the partnership.

Skills & Experience Required
  • Background in demand and/or supply planning or integrated supply planning/VRP
  • Comfortable working with replenishment and forecasting systems
  • Clear communicator, able to manage expectations and build trust with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to act quickly on trends or risks
  • Experience in large‑scale FMCG or retail supply chains will be highly regarded
