Six Degrees Executive is partnering with a trusted and forward-thinking irrigation business based in Griffith to recruit a Manager - Operational Technology

This is a strategic leadership position focused on maintaining and optimising the organisation’s automated infrastructur.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role plays a key part in delivering the company's automation strategy ensuring systems run reliably, efficiently, and continue to evolve with future demands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team that will oversee the maintenance and performance of all automated and electro-mechanical assets.
  • Drive measurable improvements in uptime, performance, and cost efficiency through modern maintenance and automation practices.
  • Develop and manage strategic automation partnerships to deliver scalable, innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align operational technology initiatives with business objectives.
  • Provide leadership and direction to technical teams across infrastructure, maintenance, and automation.

About You:

  • Commercially astute with the ability to identify strategic opportunities and mitigate risks.
