Job Type: temporary

The Company
This global manufacturing business is recognised as a leader in sustainability and supply chain innovation. With a strong local footprint and a manufacturing site in Sydney, the company delivers critical industrial products to customers across commercial and infrastructure sectors. The supply chain function is mature, well-resourced, and highly collaborative, with a strong emphasis on data, process improvement, and service delivery. You’ll be joining a high-performing team where diversity, communication, and ownership are key to success.

The Role
Due to an internal promotion, this 12-month contract role has opened up within the planning team, supporting a key product portfolio across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll take ownership of supply planning for a set of locally manufactured products, working closely with demand, replenishment, marketing, and production teams to ensure the right stock is available at the right time. Your goal is to maintain strong service levels while optimising inventory and supporting revenue growth. Reporting into the E2E Planning Manager, the role is based in Sydney with a flexible hybrid setup – typically two days per week in the office.

The Ideal Candidate
You’ll bring 2–3 years of supply planning experience within a complex, fast-paced business. Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred), strong Excel skills, and the ability to handle and visualise large data sets using Power Query or Tableau will be key. Exposure to production planning or component-based planning is a plus. This role suits someone who thrives in a structured, data-driven environment, is confident managing stakeholders, and is excited by the opportunity to be part of a best-in-class planning function with genuine long-term potential.
