Are you a commercially minded Senior Management Accountant looking to make an impact in a dynamic FMCG environment?
A well-established and reputable FMCG business based in Narre Warren is seeking an experienced Senior Management Accountant to join their finance team on a 12-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of key financial processes while partnering closely with stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Provide meaningful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Work as a trusted business partner across departments, offering insights and financial guidance
  • Support month-end reporting, variance analysis, and cost control
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to ongoing finance initiatives
About You:
  • CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in a similar management accounting role, ideally within the FMCG or related sector
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
