This newly created Business Development Manager role is a chance to shape the QLD market entry from the ground up, building on strong national brand equity and a culture that prides itself on quality and community.
Role Focus
- Inherit a portfolio of premium hospitality and hotel accounts.
- Drive new business across fine dining restaurants, luxury hotels, and high-end café groups.
- Activate brand presence through farmers markets and premium dining events.
- Leverage existing interstate relationships while building new, long-term partnerships in QLD.
- Position the brand as the “local artisan” choice in QLD’s premium hospitality sector.
About You
You’re a relationship-driven sales professional with:
- Strong networks across fine dining, hospitality groups, and premium foodservice.
- A passion for artisanal food, premium hospitality, and quality-led brands.
- Strategic thinking - able to advise where the brand should play and how to best position itself.
- Resilience, adaptability, and confidence working with a developing product portfolio.
Bonus Experience:
- Scaling premium FMCG or artisanal food brands.
- Exposure to Salesforce, SAP, or WMS systems.
