What you’ll do
- Grow the territory through proactive prospecting, cold calling and site visits
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify and convert equipment sales opportunities through demos and follow-up
- Manage your pipeline, quotes and CRM activity to achieve sales targets
- Work closely with marketing to convert inbound leads and create opportunities
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally within construction, industrial or trade-focused products
- Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
- Enjoys autonomy & proactive by nature
- Ability to manage territory, plan visits and follow through on commitments
- Customer-first mindset and professional approach
