Practice Manager – Business Analysis & Delivery
Based in North Sydney

Our client is a high growth, mission-driven technology company defining the future of Digital and scaling quickly across the Asia-Pacific region.

Recently strengthened by major private-equity backing, they are investing heavily in digital enablement, automation and enterprise-wide transformation and lookimg to bring in top talent to help them drive this agenda.

We’re looking to recruit a Practice Manager for the Business Analysis & Delivery function to lead a critical practice shaping enterprise-wide digital transformation.

In this newly created role, you will shape how the organisation analyses business challenges, delivers strategic initiatives, and manages its digital portfolio to achieve measurable business value.

The Role This is a hands-on leadership role where you will:
  • Build, lead and mature the Business Analysis & Delivery practice, setting frameworks, standards and best-practice methodologies.
  • Oversee the digital project and program portfolio, ensuring strong alignment to strategy, clear prioritisation, and robust tracking of progress, investment and value.
  • Drive strategic business analysis to simplify processes, accelerate automation and enable digital outcomes across the organisation.
  • Ensure initiatives are executed effectively through Agile, Lean and hybrid delivery models - landing on time, on budget and aligned to business outcomes.
  • Champion the adoption of AI, intelligent automation and modern technologies to drive efficiency and scalability.
  • Uplift organisational capability through coaching, mentoring and structured development of BA and delivery talent.
About You You’re a results-driven leader with a sharp commercial mindset and a track record of delivering complex, enterprise-wide initiatives. You bring:
  • Deep experience in business analysis, delivery management and digital transformation.
  • Strong capability in Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or hybrid methodologies, with the ability to tailor frameworks to context.
  • Proven success managing diverse stakeholders, balancing competing priorities and influencing across all levels.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to turn complexity into clarity.
  • Experience building and leading high-performing teams, fostering innovation, and driving continuous improvement.
Relevant qualifications and recognised delivery certifications (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe etc.) are highly regarded.
