Our client is redefining the digital infrastructure landscape across the Asia Pacific. We’re on the lookout for an Enterprise Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping a future-ready, scalable and innovative technology ecosystem.

The role
Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Architecture and Delivery, you’ll work across teams and leadership in the APAC region to:
  • Develop and maintain enterprise architecture across business, application, data and technology domains.
  • Provide strategic architectural guidance for major change initiatives, aligning with with the digital transformation roadmap.
  • Translate business needs into integrated, scalable solutions that enhance productivity and drive innovation.
  • Empower delivery teams with architectural guardrails, patterns, and coaching to foster autonomy and accountability.
  • Lead technology roadmaps, capability releases, and architectural governance that deliver measurable business value.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, recommending opportunities to innovate and stay ahead in the market.

About You:
We’re looking for a results-driven professional with a proven track record of delivering business value through technology. You excel in outcome-focused delivery, agile methodologies, and MVP approaches. You understand stakeholder engagement, prioritisation, and continuous improvement, and you thrive in balancing strategic vision with practical execution.

Your Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years as an Enterprise Architect or Senior Solution Architect in fast-paced, agile environments.
  • Broad technical expertise across cloud computing, integration, data, AI/automation platforms, security, and emerging technologies (deep experience in at least two domains).
  • Experience developing effective, lightweight enterprise architecture frameworks promoting simplicity, scalability, and interoperability.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and influence teams without formal authority.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architecture, or similar are highly desirable.
