About the Role
This newly created Brand Manager role sits within the private label team and is responsible for bringing brands to life across a diverse portfolio products. You’ll own customer-facing execution across multiple brands, ranging from large, high-volume ranges to smaller, emerging brands. The role has a strong focus on packaging and label development, with a significant packaging refresh program planned over the next 12 months. You’ll lead brand optimisation, deliver new product launches, and ensure all customer-facing materials are consistent, compelling, and aligned to brand guidelines. Working closely with category teams, you’ll translate validated product opportunities into strong brand execution.
About You
You bring a proven background in a junior brand role within FMCG, with experience being hands-on and close to execution. You bring a creative brand mindset, strong attention to detail, and must bring experience delivering packaging and label development projects end to end. You’re comfortable working independently, managing multiple projects, and handling the more administrative aspects of brand and packaging work when required. You must be able to take ownership of projects, pride yourself on executional excellence, and are excited by the opportunity to make a visible impact in a growing private label portfolio.
