About the role
This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving national growth across a specialised container and modular solutions portfolio.
You will own the commercial strategy, lead major project pursuits, and build out key client relationships across tier one and mid-tier customers. The role combines strategic leadership with a hands-on approach to winning and delivering complex, long-cycle deals.
You will also play a key role internally, working closely with operations, supply chain and leadership teams to align capability with market demand.

You will own the commercial strategy, lead major project pursuits, and build out key client relationships across tier one and mid-tier customers. The role combines strategic leadership with a hands-on approach to winning and delivering complex, long-cycle deals.
You will also play a key role internally, working closely with operations, supply chain and leadership teams to align capability with market demand.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and execute national sales and growth strategy across key verticals
- Drive revenue through major projects, long-cycle pursuits and strategic accounts
- Identify new markets, applications and opportunities to expand market share
- Manage key customer relationships across construction, mining, energy and government
- Lead complex bids, commercial structuring and contract negotiations
- Partner with internal teams to ensure delivery capability aligns with pipeline
- Mentor and support sales and commercial resources to lift performance
Skills and experience
- Proven senior B2B sales or commercial leadership experience
- Background in modular, construction, infrastructure, resources or related sectors
- Strong track record winning and delivering complex, high-value projects
- Commercially astute with experience in pricing, forecasting and margin management
- Ability to influence and engage at executive and board level
- Leadership capability with experience coaching or leading teams
- Tertiary qualifications in business, engineering or related disciplines (preferred)
